Jason Norris
VP, Operations
Jason Norris is the General Manager at Triton Defense, overseeing all employees and coordinating production activities and priorities across all departments. He is also responsible for establishing and managing effective safety and ISO 9001:2015-compliant qualtity control programs.
Jason has been with Triton since 1998, when he joined the company as a machinist and team lead. His areas of expertise include lean manufacturing, ballistic protection, HEMP/EMP manufacturing, research and development, and all aspects of team building and process optimization. As a former teacher of computer aided manufacturing, he has helped many students pursue careers as machinists. He holds an industrial engineering certificate from the Dr. James A. Forrest Career & Technology Center.
