Jeffrey Eagen

In addition to serving Triton Defense as a Senior Advisor, Jeff Eagan is also the Director of Business Development at a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing professional services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal government clients. He has also previously held the titles of President, Corporate Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer for the same company.
Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as a foreign legal associate for Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, one of the most prestigious law firms in Japan. While there, he provided general international corporate legal services relating to a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, general corporate, tax, employment and intellectual property.
Prior to that, he was an international tax consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he consulted on the structuring of inbound/outbound transactions in order to reduce clients’ worldwide tax rates and liabilities.
Jeff is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association. He holds a Master of Laws degree in Transnational Law from Temple University (Tokyo Campus), a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tulane University.
