Melanie Poole is co-owner, president and Chief Finance Officer of Triton Defense, having co-founded the company with her husband, Kevin, in 1995 as Triton Metals, Inc., a custom sheet metal fabricating and machine shop. Under the Pooles’ leadership, Triton has grown into a multi-million dollar corporation employing more than 100 people in St. Mary’s County, Md.
Possessing a lifelong passion for numbers and bookkeeping, Melanie has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, business management and property management. She is also currently a co-owner and property manager of KMAHL Properties, LLC and Avenue Properties, LLC, overseeing management and operations of several retail and industrial properties in Southern Maryland.
